The Rutica Early Intervention Programme
 

Designed for: Local Authorities, Combined Authorities, DWP, Skills & Employment Hubs, Housing Associations and Community Partners.

Programme Aim:

To provide structured early intervention that helps individuals overcome barriers, improve wellbeing, build confidence and progress towards sustainable employment, education or independent living before long-term support becomes necessary.

Weeks 1-2

Understanding the Individual

  • Initial assessment

  • Personal action plan

  • Confidence baseline

  • Wellbeing review

  • Barrier identification

  • Goal setting

Weeks 3-6

Building Confidence & Stability

  • Weekly one-to-one support

  • Confidence coaching

  • Practical life planning

  • Emotional resilience

  • Routine building

  • Signposting where appropriate

Weeks 7-10

Skills & Progression

Where appropriate we begin introducing:

  • CV development

  • Interview preparation

  • Digital skills

  • Training opportunities

  • Volunteering

  • Employer engagement

Partnership Working Weeks 7-10

During this stage we would work closely with organisations such as:

  • Lancashire Skills & Employment Hub

  • Local colleges

  • Adult Learning providers

  • Digital learning providers

  • Community organisations

To ensure each participant accesses the most appropriate training and progression opportunities.

Weeks 11-12

Moving Forward

If employment is appropriate we introduce:

  • Employer matching

  • Job applications

  • Interview support

  • In-work preparation

** If employment isn't yet appropriate, we create a structured onward plan with the correct support services.

Post Programme Support

  • Three-month check-in

  • Employer support where required

  • Progress review

  • Outcome reporting

One area I think makes Rutica unique is that support doesn't stop when someone starts work.

Where appropriate we would work alongside employers to help individuals sustain employment by providing guidance during the transition into work and helping address any early challenges that arise.
